We had a perfect stay at this property! The area was safe, quiet, and very convenient. There’s a Walmart nearby, along with restaurants options. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. It was easy to park and get around. I highly recommend this place!

Hotel was beautiful and offered a comfy overnight stay for our last minute getaway! We were surprised to learn we were charged for parking at this Sandpoint location where parking was limited due to construction. Seemed like a stretch and felt unnecessary since there weren’t parking attendants monitoring the existing lot.

For a new hotel it was actually not very sound proof. neighbour's TV kept us awake all hours.

The rooms were too small and water pressure sucked.

This hotel is a relatively new build. It’s about a year and a half old. Everything is like new and in great shape. The staff is excellent. Awesome bar with outside seating and a fire pit. Overall easy to get into and out of. I would recommend this if you’re just pulling in for the night or if you’re there for longer.

As frequent travelers to Sandpoint ID this is by far the nicest hotel in that area. We cannot recommend it enough. It was brand new, upscale and classy. Great service, nice people. Beautiful rooms and lovely amenities. The patio with a view is a bonus.

It is a great place to stay, but charged $10.00 to park in the parking lot for the hotel! Seems ridiculous, just add the $10.00 to the price of the hotel room.

The hotel was very nice and the staff very friendly. However, we had reserved a room with a king bed and when we walked into our room, it was a double queen. I called the front desk to ask why and she said king size rooms are often over-booked so they have to move some customers to queen rooms instead. I don't know how they decide who gets bumped from their requested room.

I read reviews that rated SPRINGHILL SUITES a 10, but I was not impressed. The first room had a wet carpet, so they transferred us to the other end of the hotel after we had unpacked. They let me use the cart to move. When we moved into the next room, the toilet seat was loose, I was not able to get the curtain open, and there was no hot water in the sink, only the shower, and no security safe, and we were right next to a busy highway, so there was lots of road noise. The pictures only show mountains My husband and I were traveling with my lab, which we were required to keep her with us, that's fine, but the other guests left their barking dogs in the room and woke us up very early. We loved Sand Point, but next visit will not be at this hotel
