The manager was enthusiastic and friendly. She helped me check in early. The room was neat and clean. I saw many reviews about the smell in the bathroom, which was a bit concerning, but luckily my room was fine, or maybe the homestay has fixed it. The homestay is close to where I attended an event, so it's very convenient. You can also walk to Circle K, tea shops, coffee shops, etc. The items in the room were quite old, but I used my own, so it didn't affect the experience. The blankets, sheets, and pillows were all clean. Overall, it's good if you don't prioritize a fancy place to stay. If you just need a place to shower, use the toilet, and sleep, I highly recommend it. If there's an event nearby, I'll probably book again.

The room wasn't deep or well-ventilated enough, so it got quite cold in the winter. The blankets weren't warm enough. Unfortunately, the bidet was broken. There was a hairdryer and plenty of charging sockets.

The accommodation was clean and close to restaurants.

Homestay is new, clean but soundproofing is poor, very poor. The house next door is being renovated for upgrading but the soundproofing is terrible so the experience is extremely poor. The host/receptionist attitude is not enthusiastic. Wifi does not work well enough.

Friendly and enthusiastic staff. Location is in an alley, next to a house under construction so it's not clean outside. Basic room amenities are complete.
