A big shout out to Titus, Eri, Guswi, Endra, Krisna and others staff for their excellent works. Highly recommendable hotel. It’s great location and at walkable to Kuta beach and beachwalk Mall. Good looking rooms - too. It’s brightened my day staying there.

3 enjoyable days.. Large room + bathtub on the balcony.. Delicious food.. Friendly service.. Close to Kuta Beach and Beachwalk.

We (me, my husband and 1.5 year old baby) stayed 6 nights at The Stone, everything was perfect. The breakfast had a lot of variations and was delicious. There was an Asian menu, there was also a Western menu. When I arrived I got a 6 night upgrade, it was amazing. The room was always clean. Lastly we were allowed to check out late until 4 pm without any charge. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. I will definitely come back to enjoy the service at The Stone. This hotel prioritizes the comfort of the guests who stay. Super thank you!

Good hotel in Kuta, great service, check in process is very fast

The staff is very friendly, the service is very satisfying. The location is also very strategic, right across from the Kuta beach, surrounded by various restaurants and close to the Beach Walk Mal. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The view is really nice. The room is spacious, luxurious, the service is excellent, the food is quite good. The kids club has more varied toys.

All staff are friendly, gym and swimming pool facilities are good.

Hotel staffs are friendly. I stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed most of the time in the hotel. My flight back home was delayed, I was supposed to fly at 15.45 but was rescheduled to 22.20. The check out time supposed to be at 12.00. When I asked for late check out, the hotel allowed me to check out at 14.00. I was grateful for their help and understanding.

Fun for our family.

Second time staying here, mainly for the breakfast and the food in general were one of the best in Bali. Must Try! Not too fond of the room though, its not really soundproof and the AC is not as strong as I would hope especially the second time we were there. The hot water was also not hot enough, not sure if those issues only happens in our room or its like that in all rooms. The Pool is fantastic, the gym is also good. The staffs are all very friendly, and special shout out to Kevin at Welcome who went above and beyond to look and find my car keys when I lost it somewhere in the carpark. The hotel is located right in front of the famous Kuta beach and right next to the lively Legian street. Many good cafes, bars, restaurants just a walking distance away. But the traffic around the hotel is almost always heavy especially during peak hours, so do avoid getting there by car if possible. All in all, its a good experience, and will probably come back again, at least for the breakfast/food.
