Great staff. No elevator

Very clean rooms, very friendly staff

The stays was OK, not much. I have to say the breakfast was quite bad IMO. There is jothing really cooked is just a bunch of random stufd

Dirty place, forgot to chnge bed sheets

Reception staff are very helpful and friendly. Location is great very convenient few minutes away from bus and 5 minutes walk from trams linking to the airport 20 minutes walk to the old city. Been twice recommed stay there

The room was very good, it had a very comfortable bed, air conditioning, TV and also a nice shower. The hotel staff were very nice. I loved the way me and my friend were treated by the workers, they were very polite and helpful.

Most of things was okay, some notes on the out-service elevator (maintenance) , good to recognize the city center near to Antalya mall , I like Friday fruit and vegetables market bazar in the morning.

Everything is great and the staff are really nice!

Place is a dump! The beds have a flat sheet over mattress and thin hospital like blanket over it. No fitted sheets!? The towels are small and dingy and spot on the wall that looked like a big was smashed and never cleaned. They don’t do regular housekeeping either. When I arrived late at night, I asked what time breakfast was and was told 8am. I went down at 8am to be told it was not available till 9:30am. Next day I went down at 10am to be told breakfast was over. Stay away!

Low-cost accommodation in a central location. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Master bed was comfortable, although the children moaned that they only had a blanket rather than a duvet on their beds. We were on the top floor which was a bit of a challenge with suitcases, although the staff did offer to take them for us.

Bathrooms unusable, water it’s coming from everywhere. They were changed our room . But second room it’s had the same issue. Because it’s was late, we give up. And couldn’t able to shower! Very disappointed. Otherwise it’s very beautiful and clean hotel. That’s why we went there second time. Need management issues I believe. Thanks,

Nice and new place, the staff is the best.

The staff of this hotel are INCREDIBLE. My backpack went missing and they took so much time to help me out, watching the cctv, calling the bus company etc. BRILLIANT!!! The hotel is brilliant, clean, new, higher end and modern for Antalya hotels. irectly around the hotel is not the most picturesque place I’ve stayed BUT, your five minutes walk to the new shopping centre (if that’s your thing)

It is centrally placed, everything in at least our room was very good and new. The best bed I have slept in maybe in my whole life.

Bad sound isolation, had to listen to my neighbours watching movie all night

Rooms are way too tight

Everything except the bathroom is good. The ceiling of the bathroom is always dripping water and there wasn’t enough shampoo and no body wash.

Hotel absolutely brand new! Everything fantastic! Staff very helpful! Specially each time we passed the reception she was offering us drinks all the time! We were so happy with this great service, thanks again for everything! Also location it’s great! Near shopping centre , near Tramway! You can find everything in that areas! Definitely we will go there again! Thanks for great service and care of us!

At the time of check in the hotel did not have power and they were great and have a full discount and apart from that the rooms and facilities were good
