All the hotel staff are very friendly, the room is clean, fragrant, hot and cold water works, the AC is cold, bonus 2 bottles of bottled water + coffee tea, there are pillows and bolsters, in short, recommended 🥰. Even though the lobby is under renovation, the service is still the best 👍💯. Next time I'll come back again..

Highly recommended for those traveling to Surabaya. Thank God, I stayed here for two nights and it was comfortable. The room was quite comfortable. The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. It's close to the city center, malls, and markets. The room facilities were also good, including towels, soap, toothbrushes, free drinking water, and tea and coffee making facilities. The AC was cool and the Wi-Fi was also smooth. I was very satisfied with my stay. Next time I go to SBY, I will definitely stay here. Hopefully, there will be continuous evaluations to provide the best again. Thank you.
