The hotel and staff were good, but I was upset because I booked a diamond room, but the hotel gave me a standard room for 4 nights.

My child's milk and snacks were thrown away, even though they were clearly made on a cake box. However, the trash scattered near the sink wasn't cleaned or tidied up, and the collection wasn't buffet-style. The customer service was good and friendly.

5 minutes walk to Kuta Beach, Kuta Square, Hard Rock Cafe. What you get is higher than what you pay.

The price can be a bit expensive because it's the holiday season, but the place is not disappointing, strategic, close to everywhere and safe, luxurious rooms, clean and complete facilities (only lacking a hair dryer), there is a bathtub, spacious and clean rooms and no musty smell. Keep it up. Will go there again sometime 😍. Thank you 🫰
