Staff was accommodating, the room itself is very clean and features hi-tech stuff and the view was spectacular .

Friendly check in and free room upgrade given to us which was a lovely touch. Room was very spacious with a huge balcony to sit on overlooking the garden. Kettle and coffee pod machine (although no milk provided - but there is a supermarket across the road). Fridge has items in and a price list is provided so there would be no surprises (we just brought our own items from the shop). Loved the slippers and dressing gowns and the toiletries provided smelt divine. 10-15 minute walk to the centre but plenty of local coffee shops and restaurants minutes away and there is a bar and restaurant on site. We had a wonderful stay and will return when visiting Milan again.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very clean and the hotel and restaurant staff are friendly and efficient. We were particularly impressed with Lorenza at the front desk who was extremely helpful, and she made our visit to Milan memorable.

This hotel was in a great location. The rooms were very spacious, clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of choice. The only thing that I did not like was the room window. Even went is was closed it very much sounded as if it was open.

Stayed for two nights. We had a lovely clean room with one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. The staff were warm and welcoming on our arrival and the hotel was perfectly placed to walk into the tourist centre of Milan in about ten minutes. It was everything we needed from a hotel for a lovely weekend away and I’d happily recommend to others.

Breakfast menu was plentiful. Always fresh and a very good choice.

The breakfast menu was great. Had lunch there to, which was very good. The staff were very helpful. Tram stop just outside the hotel.

We enjoyed a roomy accommodation with a well-appointed bathroom. Everything was clean and well maintained. Breakfast offerings were plentiful. Viridis is well located within walking distance to the Duomo and many other attractions.

Nothing special was mot empress , not more than 3 stars. You could find a better choice for that money.

4 nites, no Italiano, made easy‼️ Each person at the front desk helped w/every where, how, when + who question. Mattress: excellent and bathroom too. Location is great thx to tram line and easy walking in city centre. Best espresso and dining at SUREAL SRL, Corso di Porta Vitoria 47

Very clean and breakfast was great!

My room was clean & tidy with a fantastic balcony. Did not have food in hotel but the menu looked good and the prices reasonable. I would stay in this hotel again.

Clean room, helpful accommodating staff, air conditioned rooms that work, windows that open in your room. Modern and sophisticated style and great location for walking to all Milan has to offer. We added the breakfast which was nice with friendly staff. Only complaints lack of orange juice and fresh fruits, otherwise had your traditional Italian breakfast options.
