Everything was quite good (facilities and room) The dining experience was great too!

We had a lovely two-night stay at Encore Mingara. The room was clean, comfortable and modern, making for a very relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The club amenities were fantastic, with a great range of food options and live music on both Friday and Saturday night, which created a wonderful atmosphere. It’s a beautiful venue and we will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic stay! The room was exceptionally clean and spacious, providing plenty of comfort. A huge shoutout to the friendly staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The Yoga class was a highlight of our trip, and we spent a lot of time enjoying the well-maintained swimming pool. Plus, parking was completely stress-free. Highly recommended!"

Clean rooms, unlimited filtered water & ice, laundry room, service was fantastic. Walking distance to a lot of nearby places. Loved it

Showed up at check in time (2pm) and room wasn’t ready. Budget room available during busy season.

We stayed for 2 nights and everything was great. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. They did it with a smile. Loved the shower water. The club was great too. Lots of places to eat and relax with our friends.

Booked family room for one night, joining room which is perfect for family of 4. Rooms are new and super clean. Great to have access to aquatic centre next door.

Room was clean, easy access to pool and gym. Visiting the Roasted Berry Cafe is also a must!

Spacious, modern and very clean. Beds and bedding are extremely comfortable. Staff are very helpful and genuinely friendly. Meals at Mingara Club are very good!

Clean room, very friendly staff, great amenities. Even the club wasgreat and its staff was very friendly. I really enjoyed my stay and i would refer friends. The collection of resturants are great and u wont run out of ideas, also family friendly

The room was lovely and clean. The bathroom a good size. Loved this hotel, will definitely stay again if its at a good price point.

Room was very nice but could have done with more than just the 2 teabags for "Lady Muck". Only one towel/drying rail in the bathroom and two hooks at the back of the shower which weren't good drying options. We prefer not to get fresh towels each day... Facilities were great and membership discount for the Club restaurants and bars saved us plenty.
