I stayed with SS Grey House Bukit Bintang from 15–16 July 2026. When I arrived, the accommodation was fully occupied, but fortunately, the staff upgraded me to another property at no extra cost. I really appreciated how they handled the situation, and I was happy with the alternative accommodation provided. The only issue during my stay was that the bathroom light was not working. Unfortunately, it could not be repaired on the same day, so we decided to leave it as it was until check-out. One suggestion for improvement would be to have a maintenance person available to respond more quickly when issues arise, so repairs can be completed promptly. Overall, I was happy with my stay and appreciated the staff’s effort to resolve the overbooking situation. Thank you, and I would consider staying with you again in the future.

The location is the biggest advantage of this accommodation, especially if you love street food, as it is very close to Jalan Alor and many food options. However, the accommodation was quite difficult to find. The entrance is located behind a food stall on Jalan Alor, and the surroundings can feel a little scary, especially when arriving for the first time or at night. The room was very small, with limited space to move around. The air conditioning was cold and worked well, but the downside is that the power turns off when you leave the room, causing the room to become hot when you return. The fridge also stopped cooling when the power was off. There were no staff staying at the premises, so if you need assistance, you have to call and wait for someone to come. Overall, the location is excellent for food lovers, but the room size, access, and lack of on-site staff are things to consider before booking.

At night until early morning, no staff at the reception. I was struggling because a guest kept using her phone at high volume. The next morning I reported it to the receptionist, but nothing changed. Finally, I had to speak directly to that customer. I understand if it's until midnight, but if it's until the entire night, it's insane. Also, the bathroom has an issue.

It's just a bit confusing because at night the traffic is really busy.

I was given a room that didn't have a television even though there were many rooms that had televisions.

The hotel staff is nice, the hotel is clean and comfortable.

As soon as you go downstairs, you’ll find Alor Night Street Food. The staff is very friendly and helpful, if I go back to KL maybe I’ll choose this hotel again

Located in front of Plaza Low Yat, close to the MRT. The pavilion is nearby, the rooms are clean, the air conditioning is cool, and the staff is very helpful. Since there's no elevator, they help carry your luggage. The amenities are complete.
