Friendly, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful, and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again.

Bunk beds were a hit with the kids. Areas for Improvement -- Elevator out of order during our stay. - Insufficient soundproofing (external noise). No breakfast. Average-sized room for 5 people. Hotel best suited for an overnight stay. Summary A good option for a night before a flight thanks to its strategic location. However, limited comfort, a broken elevator, and noise detract from the overall experience.

Clean room, good lighting, convenient to move right at Phaya Thai BTS station. Everything is ok, but the hotel should clean the trash every day.
