Perfect location on Passeig de Gracia in Eixample. Close to Metro, shopping, Gaudí attractions. Despite being on the busiest boulevard in the city, the rooms have amazing sound insulation. I loved opening the windows, stepping out on the balcony and seeing the beautiful buildings right outside. My room was well-appointed and very comfortable. Great spacious shower with excellent water pressure. Small hotel (40ish rooms). Nice happy hour with wine and snacks daily at 7pm in the lounge and coffee and filtered water available 24/7. Great pick for Barcelona!

Nuria was very helpful from the time we arrived until arranging transportation when we checked out. There's a nice lounge with 24 hour coffee tea and water as well as a free happy hour 7-8. The location was off the street so everything was very quiet, but easy to access the main street.

Lovely little boutique hotel in the perfect location. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only slight surprise was the wash facilities in our triple room — there wasn’t a traditional bathroom, just a separate toilet and shower cubicle. However, we quickly got used to the layout and it didn’t affect our stay. Overall, we had a perfect stay and would definitely choose to stay here again when visiting Barcelona. Highly recommend 👌

Very nice hotel. It’s in the excellent location for the 1st time visiting Barcelona. Staffs were very nice and helpful. They have happy hours 7-8pm every day.The only complaint is the bathroom smelt like urine. It’s pretty common problems in Europe hotels. Will come back to this hotel if we are back.

Great location and hotel

Hotel Pratik Essens is located right in the middle of shopping area on Passig de Gracia. There is a dining place (El Nationale) right in front of the hotel. Even though it is busy area, the room is quiet and noise-protected ensuring a good sleep. It is easy to get a taxi to go anywhere in Barcelona from the hotel. The hotel staffs are helpful and professional.

Staff were helpful with a reservation at Boca Chica! The cleaning staff were very good too! Enjoyed the room with Terrance with spa - despite the rain!

Room is clean and very spacious. Just be careful with the shower, water can leak out of the door and pool outside.

The hotel is centrally located. A large food hall is adjacent to the building. There is also a Five Guys and an Italian restaurant steps from the hotel. There is always someone in the lobby. It is on the main shopping road and a few minutes from Las Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya. It s a few minutes from Casa Batllo. The bus to Barcoloneta is across the street and the subway station is at the corner. You can walk most everywhere from the hotel. The actual entrance to the hotel is down an alley - well lit and it too leads to the aforementioned food hall and a pharmacy. At the entrance to the alley, unhoused individuals would congregate from time to time . Nothing of concern. We arrived late to the hotel and there wasn’t any issue. They’d be around during daylight hours. We would stay here again.

You need working heat and a hotel if you’re gonna charge that amount

The hotel’s location can not be better, close to many tourist attractions ( some are within walking distance), yet, it’s sitting back from the top busy street in Barcelona. Tons of food and shopping places close by too. Room is very spacious with sitting area, bathroom design is very modern yet unique too. There is also a very comfortable lounge on the second floor, with access all day long. Hotel staffs are very nice too. I would strongly recommend this hidden gem to friends. Thanks! 👍👍
