Spacious room, pool was great as well as the bath. Only real detraction was a smell in the bathroom from time to time after using the water plus the hot water running out. Overall a nice place to stay.

Overall, it was very comfortable and enjoyable. However, it's a shame the poolside benches were very dirty and stained. Perhaps they could be replaced with a waterproof material that wouldn't stain. It's a shame that even a small flaw makes them uncomfortable.

The admin is very fast response and very helpful when customers need something. The room is clean, neat and very calm atmosphere. Breakfast only has a floating breakfast menu, but we can buy food online, access and location are not difficult to find. Important note: Must read the terms and conditions, extra charger per person if more than the number ordered. (I ordered November 16-17, 2025 via the family room application and I also contacted the admin to request an extra bed because there will be 6 people), for the family room I read it can be for 4 people, but the default was booked by me for 2 people without me rechecking the order) when I checked in, I was charged 300 thousand for an extra person of 3 people. What was calculated as free was 2 + 1 person according to the application order + extra bed.

It was actually nice and quiet, with a spacious and comfortable room, perfect for a family. However, while we were staying there, the water was off, so we couldn't use the bathroom or shower. We tried moving to another room twice, but still couldn't, even though we'd finished swimming and it was already past 7 a.m. If someone was in a hurry, it would be a disaster if there was no water. We ended up leaving without showering after swimming. After that, there was no compensation, even if I accidentally broke a spoon, I still had to pay. We ended up checking out and moving hotels that morning. It's a shame we weren't quick enough. We should have checked each room at 4 or 5 a.m. to make sure the lights were on, so if someone wanted to leave early, they wouldn't have to worry about finding a way to shower. Thank you

Overall it's good..just because it often splashes water into the room, it's muddy, but the staff is quick to help clean it.. The place is a bit far but the atmosphere is good.. OK 👍👍

Overall, it's good, very comfortable for a family. However, the bathroom smells a bit off, and the Wi-Fi signal isn't very strong and can drop out at any time. Hopefully, this will be improved in the future. 😊
