An impressive stay experience

The hotel is very clean, newly opened in December 2024. I was given a room with a pool view and a low ceiling (exactly what I requested when booking on traveloka.com). My room was 712. The hotel lobby is spacious, and the receptionist was friendly. The elevator access system is very modern. The breakfast food is quite varied, but the taste needs to be improved. The pool area is quite spacious, but the shower area is located outside and is open, and there is only one toilet (mixed for men and women). Hopefully, in the future, shower and changing facilities, as well as toilets in the enclosed pool area, will be separated for men and women. Thank you for allowing late check-out until 12:30.

This budget 5-star hotel offers very comfortable and spacious rooms, even in the lowest class. The soundproofing is lacking, as the sound of other rooms' doorbells and conversations in the hallway can be heard from inside. The downsides are the very limited parking in the basement and the breakfast, which is very basic for a 5-star hotel.

Early check-in is possible. Friendly staff can be contacted via WhatsApp. The breakfast food is delicious. The rooms are also comfortable. The best for that price.

Towels here must not be soiled with makeup, as they could incur a cleaning fee. It's a real shame, as washing them could remove the lipstick stain. They should be fined. If they're used, they're dirty, right? If they're still clean, there's no need to use them.

I remember the words of a child that I happened to hear when I was about to check out, "Thank you, Hotel. I'll come back here again sometime."

Good hotel, clean and comfortable, but for the service on November 4-5, 2025, the check-in time is terrible. It should be ready at 14.00, but can I enter the room at 16.50? Together with government agencies, I have already queued to get the key, why am I behind? It's not worth it, from 14.00 to 16.50, customers who have paid are left waiting for that long! When the co is less than 12.00, they have been called!

I feel quite disappointed because the reception service was very slow. It took them almost 10 minutes just to handle one walk-in customer. I had to stand and wait in line for more than 20 minutes, and there were only two reception desks open. One desk was left empty and only staffed by a trainee. For a five-star hotel, I believe the service quality could be improved significantly. I also had to wait around 15 minutes for my room, which really made me like...ARE U KIDDING ME(?) Im so disappointed cz despite being a five star hotel, I didn’t feel any comfort or good impression from the moment I arrived.

Everything is good..friendly staff. Fast check-in. Nice hotel atmosphere and clean rooms. The food is delicious. Only the swimming pool is a bit dirty.

I'm happy. The room is spacious, Staycation here must be at least 2 nights, the room is clean, when we checked in we already confirmed that we would have a late check-in, when we entered the room the room was clean and the AC was already on so entering the room was already cool with the hot weather in Bekasi now. The breakfast is also okay. Maybe the fitness equipment can be added with a treadmill. Overall, it's okay and very comfortable. Recommended ✨✨✨
