There's no elevator; you have to take the stairs. There are three floors, but the first floor doesn't have any rooms. I was assigned the third floor even though I had an elderly person with me. Luckily, the staff was considerate and moved me to the second floor. There's no toothbrush holder, the bed isn't comfortable, and parking is tight, so you have to park on the street.
However, the hotel staff is friendly and very helpful.
The location is close to the Clock Tower, within walking distance.
