There's no elevator; you have to take the stairs. There are three floors, but the first floor doesn't have any rooms. I was assigned the third floor even though I had an elderly person with me. Luckily, the staff was considerate and moved me to the second floor. There's no toothbrush holder, the bed isn't comfortable, and parking is tight, so you have to park on the street. However, the hotel staff is friendly and very helpful. The location is close to the Clock Tower, within walking distance.

This was my first time staying in Bukittinggi, so I kept searching on TikTok and found this. The price is very affordable. The room is clean and spacious, with air conditioning, a smart TV with Wi-Fi, a dressing table with mirror, a prayer mat and a Quran. The bathroom is also spacious with a water heater. The bed is wide and soft. It's also very close to the city center.

⭐⭐⭐ but no elevator. In the end, parents who use wheelchairs have to be carried to their rooms without the help of hotel staff, even the belongings have to be lifted by themselves. The AC leaks, there is no hospitality. If this hotel is compared to the service of a guesthouse, it is more like a guesthouse. How can Dhills have a ⭐3?

We checked in before 2 p.m. and were accommodated at no additional charge. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the bathroom was spacious, and parking was secure. However, the room wasn't soundproof. Our room was also right next to the stairs, so we could hear footsteps and the sound of people going up and down the stairs to the third floor.

This hotel doesn't quite deserve to be called a 2- or 3-star hotel. There are many shortcomings in the room security, and it lacks standard amenities like a kettle. There's no TV for entertainment in the room, and the room isn't soundproof (it's noisy), but the staff are all very friendly.

Everything was fine, but access to the upper floors was via stairs, which could be a bit difficult for older or oversized guests. The room was quite okay, but lacked an electric kettle. The bathroom was very spacious, but I found it poorly constructed, leaving a lingering odor after use.

Staying here is comfortable, the rooms are clean, the location is strategically close to tourist and culinary centers, the receptionists are friendly and very helpful.
