Do not book or stay at this hotel. I’ve travelled to hotels around the world and this is one of the worst and in London! I did not stay and left immediately on seeing the room I was given. Towel had farces, hair strands in and outside the fridge crushed/used water bottles in the fridge. I left and had to find a replacement hotel. The front desk when I complained ‘why can’t you handle this yourself’. Complained to Expedia and they still have this showing on their site! Unbelievable

Extremely old and tired hotel. No air conditioning, not Cup, coffee, water or Milk in the room as show in there photos. I had a ground floor room and could hear someone walking around in the room above until around 2am in the morning. Cheap and cheerful but I expected better

Hotel served its purpose. For the money it was good I wasn’t expecting 5 star accommodation but the parking was great the location was good about a 10 minute stroll to the tube station. Kettle in the room but unfortunately no cups or teabags. Shower was fine to. For our stay it was fine

the staff were nice, however our bathroom light didn’t work and the water pressure in the shower was really bad and it was cold. the bed was very uncomfortable and hurt our backs. the fan was dirty and there was a half drunk bottle of water left in the fridge. the walls were dirty and the room didn’t smell very nice.

Definitely the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, dirty, no hot water, it made me feel itchy, on a normal day I’d of walked out, but had no choice but to stay.

Normally we have an excellent experience here. This time the room didn't seem to have been properly aired and it smelt as if the person before me had been vaping or smoking something. Disappointing as it's a very convenient location near the shops and tube, and staff are usually very friendly and helpful, and rooms clean.

Hello ,the room was too cold ,shower didn’t work ,even the sheet were dirty,I thought nobody booked this room for a long time as I checked the drawer and rubbish all over .

Parking was good

The rooms were disgusting mould, damp, dirty. The shower/bath curtain far to short for the shower. This hotel is not fit for purpose, do not waste your money. We left and went elsewhere it was that bad

Staff is never at the desk. There is a number you can call/text but they don’t always answer. The room I had had a lot mold near the windows and in the bathroom and the hall ways smell heavily of smoke.

Terrible looking room. Couldn’t even pass a night, had to check into another hotel

Yes lots of shops the room was just what a construction worker needs working away

grout and mold in the bathroom.. Tap and Shower have rust stain..all floor was dirty.. Whole room had bad smell.

The property is accessible to all sorts of transportation, it is also near food stores and restaurants. However, the room doesn’t look clean. The room is not well ventilated, the carpet is dirty and the water supply is weak.

Was allocated room on first floortold receptionist due to arthritis needed ground floor room she just shrugged her shoulders.Consequently when neede to exit and enter hotel had to rely pn friends to help me up and down the stairs

Property needs updating and cleaning and propperly fitted carpets

Surprisingly quiet despite being located in middle of Golders Green Literlly 2minuteswalk to bus stops 5 minutes to Golders Green Underground Station
