It's comfortable, the restaurant has delicious food, Wi-Fi is password-free so it's not complicated, my husband's hat wasn't lost when he left it, and the staff are very friendly.

Overall, my transit experience at this hotel was pleasant and comfortable. The food was delicious, and the prices were reasonable (in-room dining). However, since I was in a standard room on the 7th floor, there was no in-room telephone, making it difficult to contact room service or housekeeping. The front desk stated that the WhatsApp number for the hotel administrator was listed in the room for all needs, but it wasn't available, so I had to go down to the first floor to make a reservation.

The location is very strategic and convenient, with easy access to many places. However, the cleanliness needs significant improvement. The room was not properly cleaned—snacks were left open on the table and there were many ants, but this was not addressed. Hair in the bathroom was not cleaned, and tissues were not refilled, requiring multiple requests. There is no telephone in the room; if communication is expected via WhatsApp, it would be better to provide clear information in the room. The breakfast area also needs improvement, as it looks quite worn, outdated, and dim. On a positive note, the staff are friendly and very helpful, which is greatly appreciated.

Overall it was pleasant, but there was something lacking in the room cleaning service, dirty glasses after use were not cleaned and were just left there.

Everything is fun, near Gambir Station.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. While we were staying, renovations were underway on the ground floor. When we returned, the elevator wasn't working, so the staff helped carry our luggage from the 7th floor to the front desk. The only downside was the air conditioning, which took a long time to cool, and the breeze didn't spread throughout the room.

The hotel was very comfortable for 3 days and 2 nights. The location is very strategic, the staff are very friendly, and the best part is the free water refills. Highly recommended, close to the Hotel Indonesia (HI), the busway stop, the KRL station, a minimarket, and a pharmacy.

All was fine, though the telephone was off and the lift was kind of troublesome, but overall it's fine. The room was nice and I was able to check out late until 12:30, close to street foods.

Explain the corridor and how to maintain cleanliness

The front office worker on duty from morning to afternoon on April 5th—I forget her name. She deserves a raise. She's cool, friendly, and incredibly well-organized. Polite. A raise is incredibly excellent.

It's quite safe and comfortable. If I have time for Central Jakarta business, I'll definitely stay there again.
