I had a wonderful stay at the Mercure City Center Garut. The place was clean and close to the city center. However, the check-in time could be quicker and the staff could be more attentive to any lost items. But so far, it's okay and within budget.

The staff response is very good and fast so that they can provide satisfactory service.

The hotel is comfortable, close to the city center, adjacent to a mall, and close to street vendors. Plus, there's Tropikana Waterpark. A one-night stay is a bit lacking. Hopefully, I'll be back in Garut next time and stay here again 🥰

All the staff are friendly, polite, and kind. The hotel is close to the mall, making it easy to find food. It's also close to the train station.

The location is very close to the station and right next to the hotel, so you can easily find snacks nearby. The hotel staff are all friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning is cool. It was a very enjoyable vacation.

The best is close to everything, just a short walk to the mall, and the food is delicious. I'll stay here again next time I go to Garut. I got a free swimming voucher at Tropicana. Ah, the best. Thank you, Mercure Garut 🫶🏻

Drinking water in the room [should] better use mineral water in a sealed bottle [to be] more hygienic. From the room, I heard a little bit [of] noise.

The location is very strategic, close to the station. Next to the mall, there are many cafes and restaurants around the hotel. Not far from the town square. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The hotel staff is friendly. I was able to upgrade my room at no additional cost. Thank you Mercure👍👍👍

Everything is good, close to the station, there is Ciplaz, waterpark.

This was my first and most enjoyable stay at this hotel. Besides its strategic location for culinary tourism in Garut, the hotel is very aesthetically pleasing and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were even allowed to check in early because our room was already ready when we checked in. Breakfast was delicious and varied. We will definitely return if we ever visit Garut.

Best hotel I've ever visited. Baby friendly, even my parents loved it. 10/10 would recommend to have a staycation here. My tips, if you want to go to Cipanas, it's not even that far from this hotel. Great experience. Hope to be back soon.

Last April 2nd I stayed with 6 rooms, the check in process was fast, the service was also fast, what was more impressive was when I checked out I was chatted by the hotel cleaning team that there were clothes and hats left in the room. They kept the items and handed them directly to me, extraordinary honesty of the cleaning team, for the price of the items is not much but the service they provide is extraordinary, thank you Mercure Garut, next time in shaa Allah I will stay here again 😉❤️
