Everything is ok except the breakfast is very bad.

Please provide a review for improvement. I find the boxed meals unappealing, the sheets have blood stains, no tissue provided, no mineral water provided, no telephone in the room, the AC is not cool after changing rooms twice in the hot weather in Pekanbaru, the staff just hang out smoking on the table in the morning with drink marks & the used rice box is not cleaned quickly. My experience staying here was less than satisfactory.

My first time staying at Tasqya Costel Paus was truly amazing. The saver room is minimalist, tiny & the bathroom is outside which is located on the 4th floor. But overall it meets expectations. Thank you Tasqya Costel

This is my second stay at Tasqya Costel Syariah. It's comfortable, clean, and close to downtown Pekanbaru. Although I booked a standard saver room, the room was in good condition, even though I had to go up to the fourth floor. Thank you to the staff and all the employees at Tasqya 🙏

Nice place! The room was quite spacious and clean. The amenities were quite complete, including Wi-Fi and free drinks from a dispenser in the hallway. The staff was friendly and helpful, and even offered to clean the room since I was staying for several days. The bathroom was equipped with a hot shower, towels, soap, a toothbrush, and a small amount of toothpaste. Breakfast was also available from 7 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., although I didn't eat it because I was already out of the hotel by 7.

Very disappointing, the room was booked well in advance with detailed information, but when it arrived at the hotel it was not as expected.

The hotel staff is quite friendly, the location is strategic, the rooms are clean, the air conditioning is cool, and the atmosphere is comfortable. There are also many food stalls around the hotel.

With cheap price, comfortable and clean hotel.

I ordered 2 rooms, one deluxe double, the other family suite... the hotel doesn't have a lift, I happened to get the 3rd floor, I brought 2 suitcases and was helped by the staff to lift them to the 3rd floor... the AC in the family suite room wasn't cold, beside the bed there were still popcorn residues that hadn't been cleaned up.
