Industrial area setting which was quiet when I stayed. Comfy room with a bath & shower. Excellent & friendly check in chap who helped me change my booking as I booked the wrong day!? Bar & food hall 10 mins walk away. Excellent breakfast.

Very basic but very clean, good value. No English spoken at reception but managed to get by with our poor French. Plenty of free parking & felt a safe area. Nearby chain restaurants

Staff were absolutely excellent and made you feel very welcome. Room was compact but perfectly adequate. Come Inn is a budget hotel as reflected in the price, but provided everything we needed for an overnight stay.

Well located just off the motorway with regular bus services (#1 or 17) to Poitiers centre. Variety of eateries in the area too. Hotel appears tired from the outside and could do with some tlc! Inside areas are clean, including the basic but perfectly good bedrooms. Staff are helpful and friendly with any questions.

Room smelt of smoke , snot on the wall , dirty and now the real bad bit , we went for food downstairs a man who was on reception also serves the food and also cooks the food I think only he was there , we got a bowl each of pink chicken in a red sauce , warm glass of beer which took 30 mins for him to pour , we stayed here as a stop over on our way to Spain , honestly just sleep in your car it’s nicer and my car certainly isn’t nice.

The bed was confortable, had a good sleep. But we had a room that had a mouldy smell and the shower head was rusty

Nice place and inexpensive...

The place was clean, it might be a little bit outdated, friendly staff. Easy to park. Unfortunately, they were doing a bit of construction, so it was a bit hard to get in. We were not told that we had to turn the lights on so we were unaware when we went to our room and it kinda looked like we were walking into a death trap.

Clean and functional hotel for an overnight stop on our way down to South of Spain. The room was a good size. Bathroom was clean and functional. Good water pressure in the shower. Friendly staff. Great price for an overnight stop- we were happy.

Very quirky, and inviting hotel. The greeting by the staff was first class.

Nobody at reception when we arrived a 4pm, then had to ask for towels and they tried to charge extra for our 2 small dogs which should be free as stated when bookinh. Nothing around hotel as it is on an industrial estate had to drive to find a shop and restaurant, then at 1.30am when asleep someone tried to enter the room with a key, very frightening we had to shout to scare them off, no sleep was had after this and nobody around in morning to complain to. I would not recommend this hotel.

We wanted to stay to the west of Poitiers and this hotel was just right. A minor problem with the WiFI was quickly sorted.

Everything is good

We travelled to Poitiers on the hottest day of the year. Unfortunately the room we were allocated appeared to have been used by someone who had either smoked out of the window or who was a heavy smoker as there was a lingering smell of smoke in the room. We did ask if there was another available room, however no other was available and after travelling from the Channel Tunnel we were very tired. We used the restaurant in the Hotel, the food was very good. Breakfast in the morning was also good, but not included in the room price. The staff were very helpful.

Superbly helpful and friendly staff, comfortable room that was great for the kids. So much so we booked it for our return journey.

Choose Come Inn as reports said Fabulous. The lady in reception was fine but the hotel was in serious need of refurbishment. Decor was plain with shed green painted doors, no air-con, basic furnishings and bathroom from the 50s! Nearest basic eatery was 15+ mins drive. Didn't try breakfast as had to order night before.

Clean and tidy small hotel. Tastefully decorated communal areas and good restaurant. Well located for travelers, just off the motorway.

The management was really friendly and helpful. The restaurant was excellent.
