The hotel is absolutely amazing! The location, facilities, food, and all of the staff were wonderful. First of all, we got our room upgraded for free and had the chance to try the Turkish bath. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. They recommended a nearby restaurant that had a great view and delicious food. We had an issue with an item left on the bus, and they assisted us throughout the entire process of contacting the bus office and helping us retrieve it. At night, they even helped to buy künefe for us and have it delivered directly to the hotel. We had great conversations with them, and it was truly a wonderful experience as travelers. The breakfast in the morning was also excellent, you definitely need to try the special Şanlıurfa breakfast!
