No one on reception when I came to check out ask for VAT receipt didn’t get one

We usually stay in a hotel in Ledbury but liked the look of this property - also my brother, who lives locally, said he had heard good things about it. The staff could not do enough for us - they were so helpful. They booked a restaurant for us and a taxi. The only down side was the fact that the restaurant in the hotel was not open on Sunday night and the bar closed early. However that did not detract from our stay at all. Considering the weather was awful, we hardly noticed it. Our room was large, comfortable and very clean. I could go on ........

Room ok but hotel v quiet and no ambiance Breakfast poor, no fruit or cheese/ ham on second day also plagued by flies!

Fantastic hotel, food is great Best marmalade ever

Lovely hotel. Accommodating staff and the food is glorious. Great bar showcasing local Chase products.
