I'm sorry I wasn't happy with my stay here. It didn't meet my expectations. The AC wasn't cold, the room leaked, and towels weren't provided. As a result, those who wanted to rest couldn't sleep because they were so hot 😓. No one was waiting at the front desk even though I'd called several times. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future to avoid disappointing customers.
