This hotel reminds me of what hotels in Beijing were like in the late 1990s and early 2000s. Cigarette smoking everywhere, hard mattresses, small rooms etc. However, the local area is pretty good (two large shopping malls next door) and there is a decent restaurant. The TV, surprisingly, had HBO.
