Interesting B&B with only 4 apartment units for rent. Spacious units with several connecting rooms and bathroom. Very high ceilings, grassy lawn in front, parking next to building inside electronically gated property. Very clean and equipped with airconditioning unit. Provision of amenities for the bathroom and for coffee, water. The plugs do not have outlets for USB or international tech connections - you must bring your own plugs and adapters. A few kms. from Serravalle Outlet Mall.

This villa is amazing! Luigio was super nice and friendly.

A charming boutique hotel where the owner's care is evident in every detail. It's one of those rare times when you truly experience an owner who stands behind what they offer. The room was spacious, the bathroom well-equipped, and our bed had a comfortable foam mattress. Parking was convenient and felt very safe. Breakfast was simple but sufficient to start the day

Luigi, the owner, was great 👍 very accommodating, warm and helpful! The only one thing that they should change is to convert the above ground pool into the unground pool. Other than that great spot to recharge for the money you pay...

O hotel é muito família, tem apenas 4 quartos. Quartos super limpos, porém na há tanto conforto. Precisa melhorar as toalhas de banho, cama e travesseiros. São bem desconfortáveis.

Calme et reposant. Chambre et salle de bain très propres et bien décorées. Hôte accueillant, et très discret. Le café en self service aurait été bienvenu au petit déjeuner mais l'ensemble était très correct.

Alcuni mobili molto vecchi, l’armadio è parlato all’interno per risolvere il problema odore di Canfora non si può nemmeno appendere gli abiti, ogni cinquant’anni i mobili andrebbero cambiati. Ottima invece la doccia e il bagno in generale. Letto comodo il prezzo per un quattro stelle in una città come Novi ligure Senza nemmeno la colazione, è troppo alto
