Simply perfect .. location, welcome and cleanliness superb; having a wee kitchen and access to the laundry was ideal.

Modern, friendly hotel. Close to the metro which takes you straight to the old town in less than ten minutes. The secure car park is €15 per night and has EV chargers available - ask for a RFID card from reception. Don't miss the fabulous roof terrace.

Room was exceptionally good and the hotel overall was brilliant. Staff were really helpful. The room was perfect for a long weekend in Lyon. Room had all of the amenities we needed and more. Really well placed next to a metro stop. Would pin for a future visit!

Only issue was that the room was vetting warm and the A/C wasn't great. However, by lowering the blinds and opening the windows it helped. Excellent staff, wonderful location and very good buffet breakfast

The hotel is a tram/ metro ride from the town centre - but you can walk in about 25 minutes. The kitchenette could do with a few additions- a bread knife, chopping board and tea towel for instance. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was compact and bijou but perfect for our 3 night stay.

Absolutely loved my stay at Bikube in Lyon and would definitely return. The unit was incredibly well designed and self-sufficient, with a full private bathroom, kitchenette with an under-counter fridge and freezer, stovetop, wardrobe, and even a cute booth-style dining area. The bed space was set on a slightly raised carpeted platform, which added warmth and character to the room. I do not usually like carpet in hotels, but this was clearly very clean and well maintained. What really stood out, however, was the staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone was welcoming, helpful, and informative. I especially appreciated that they advised me the following day was a public holiday, meaning many businesses would be closed, and suggested I get anything I needed from the nearby supermarket in advance. They also let me know the on-site restaurant and Uber Eats would still be available, which was very thoughtful. There is also a guest laundry area with detergent and supplies provided, which was a great convenience while travelling. The breakfast, complimentary through my Expedia status, was fresh, delicious, and exactly what was needed after a night out 😄 Overall, a comfortable, stylish, and very well-managed property. Highly recommended.

El hotel tenia mal olor en la recepcion. El cuarto tambien tenia mal olor en el baño, tuvimos que dejar las ventanas abiertas. Las almohadas tenian pelos, la persona que nos ayudo a resolver las almohadas olia mal.

Absolutely loved the vibe and the help!

Check-in was smooth, and the location is excellent. The hotel is conveniently situated near the metro line to the city center and a tram stop that connects directly to the train station, making it easy to reach the airport. Unfortunately, the main issue was cleanliness. There were urine stains on the toilet and visible hair in the shower, clearly left by the previous guest. As a solo female traveler staying for just one night, I didn’t feel comfortable raising the concern at the time. This property has great potential. I hope the management team will provide better guidance and training to the housekeeping staff to ensure higher standards of cleanliness.

Well appointed and very clean. Situated downtown

Bikube Lyon is ideally located for my office but the staff and facilities are what make it so great. The team are friendly, the rooms are well appointed and it’s very relaxed. I can also recommend breakfast and dinner.

The room is very clean and modern- looks brand new! A clever use of space with a well equipped kitchen and an immaculate bathroom with very good shower. The staff are super friendly and helpful. There is a metro station close by which connects with the centre of Lyon. There is a small supermarket 5 mins walk away to buy stuff for breakfast etc

Everything was great! Staff were alway friendly and helpful! Room was immaculate. Shared living space was cool. Close to Metro. Highly recommend!

Clean room with great facilities

Exceptional property! Rooms were swanky, customer service was fantastic, and the location of the hotel makes it easy to access public transportation, museums, and local amenities. We will certainly be staying here again in the future. Thank you!
