A first class stay. I cannot get over the flexibility, friendliness and how helpful was their receptionist(Maria). If only there was a way to stay there again! Breakfast was really good with lots of choice. There also is a fridge and microwave for use.

The young lady on the front desk was super friendly and gave us restaurant recommendations and parking advice. The hotel has a car park which was a real plus.

My husband and I stayed with our daughter to break our journey to the south of France. The hotel was clean, comfortable and has a wonderful restaurant only a short walk away. It has secure parking. We would definately stay again.

We initially decided to spend a day in Troyes because of the discount shopping malls. They were a disappointment, but we were pretty happy with the hotel. We intentionally selected the hotel for it's access to the roadways and it would have been quite accessable had it not been for some unexpected road construction that caused a lengthy detour. As mentioned before, the shopping was a big dud, so we tried to take up our time by visiting the downown area. Unfortunately, that was not very close to the hotel, but the staff was quite helpful with directions and recommended places to park (always a problem in French cities). The rooms were relatively large for Europe, clean and comfortable. This hotel was a good value for the money, but you might want to think carefully about whether or not you want to go to Troyes at all.

A nice friendly hotel.We knew that it was in the suburbs, but did not mind that it was away from the town centre as we were only staying overnight on our way to & return from a holiday in Switzerland. The hotel is currently being redecorated and this is being done with as little disruption as possible to guests.The finished newly decorated areas look very good.Breakfast buffet was inexpensive & unlimited in quantity.The only minus from our point of view was not having an English speaking news channel such as CNN or BBC World on the television, but this was a minor inconvenience.Having secure parking at the hotel was also a definite plus.Overall , having booked the hotel online it was good value for money.

Location, location, location! This hotel is situated some distance from the centre of Troyes and is not a good base for seeing the town, although the walk in becomes quite pleasant after crossing the railway. However, if you are not visiting and just want an overnight stop, this means that access is relatively easy. In fact we also chose it for our return trip. There are few facilities nearby but the restaurant which the hotel recommends is excellent, caters for all budgets and is very good value with the hotel's 10% discount.

A bit of awalk from the town centre but not too far. Friendly service and English spoken. Colourful and comfortable rooms, bathroom clean and functional. Pleasant breakfast with good choice and replenished as required. For an excellent evening meal with out going into Troyes we recommend the restaurant La Sarrail, very good food, reasonable price and very good service. Its about a 10 minute walk in the opposite direction to Troyes.

very nice place to stop and spend the night. Great breakfast, very easy to get in and out, free internet in the room. And the city of Troyes is an unexpected positive experience.

Hôtel agréable et confortable; le personnel est très chaleureux: j'avais réservé.e une chambre premier prix au 2è étage, et quand ils m'ont vus arriver avec une attelle au bras ils me l'ont échangée généreusement contre une chambre au rez-de-chaussée qui s'avérait plus grande.

Les chambres sont bien rénovés, le lit très confortable, un petit plus avec les chaînes canal plus. Le parking est payant mais le montant est minime. Le centre ville n'est vraiment pas loin.
