Excellent location, super friendly staff, clean and safe. Parking was a bit tricky, but other than that we loved it!

Nice and central in the city

Beautiful old hotel that is a bit quirky in its layout. This adds to the charm of the property. The staff is very helpful and always friendly. I have stayed here multiple times and always return when I’m in the area.

What a gem, hidden in the heart of Riquewihr. Should have printed my 'how to park' instructions, because it really was very easy - when advised by Monsieur at reception

We had a delightful two nights here with friends. Great location, comfortable room, nice staff. Be sure to ask how to access parking before you set out.

Right in the middle of Riquewihr with parking next door. Easy walking around the town and easy drive to other nearby villages. Historic building was well maintained and clean.

The spiral staircase was a bit too much. Parking was tight. But for a small village, the hotel met its expectation.

Before arriving at the hotel please read their instructions how to get to their parking lot, don’t let the do not enter street sign fool you. Before parking your car, drop off the bags in front of hotel, gravel road In parking lot, it’s hard to wheel your baggage. Lovely little place, it’s clean, comfortable beds, be ready to clime stairs with luggage, no elevator nor A/C.

Oh my, what a pearl. Riquewihr is like stepping into Beauty and the Beast! Hotel and parking very convenient. Breakfast and hotel staff very friendly and helpful. We’ll be back!

Fantastic position in centre of village. Good car park and dog friendly.

Staff couldn’t be anymore helpful. I had a problem with my car and Sebastiaan and his colleague went out of their way to help. The hotel is a great gem in the centre and the perfect place.

Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient too, being right in the middle of town. Note that parking in the hotel's lot is an extra 5 Euros a night, and you have to drive through some narrow pedestrian streets to get there. Also, we were disappointed that there was no Wi-Fi available in the room. The hotel staff claimed that there was Wi-Fi near the reception area, but even that didn't work.

Friendly staff. Great location with parking. Clean. Small room and small bathroom. But who wants to spend time in your room when Riquewihr is right outside your door. Must be able to,climb stairs. Lovely hotel.

A wonderful location in the heart of a beautiful Medieval village. The room was small, but comfortable. Bathroom could have been cleaner, but we loved the charm of original painted ceilings. Onsite parking was convenient and a covered outdoor bar provides a great location for drinking a glass of local wine on a rainy day. Good value overall!
