Gorgeous location and lovely staff. Super restaurant, great pool. Only drawback was that we worried our 2-year old might find his way into the fast-running streams running through the garden - beautiful but potentially dangerous.

Beautiful property and excellent staff

What an utterly charming property full of koi ponds, statues and gazebos. The swimming pool is wonderful and the rooms and salon exude the beauty of Provence.

The dinner we had at the restaurant at the hotel was the best meal we had in France during this trip. The hotel garden is very relaxing. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel is very clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Most things up until checkout were lovely. Roman was very friendly and helpful. The property is adorably charming. It’s a great hotel in the little water village. My husband and I enjoyed our time. The rooms are simple. It’s quiet. The food at the restaurant for dinner was very good. The pool was nice. Breakfast was not fresh and the coffees were from a machine. We didn’t know the breakfast cost extra so that surprised us at the end. I’d recommend to confirm that with future guests on check in since it’s a b&b style hotel. There’s other good breakfast spots in town with fresh food and real espresso for cheaper than the $17 per person. Thomas said awful things to us at checkout which smeared the end of our experience unfortunately. I’m sad to have to leave this review but Thomas really ruined it at the end by yelling. Everyone else working there was very kind. Thank you.

We were pleasantly surprised by how beautiful this small country inn was. I wanted to stay at nice French country inn in a small village and we got it and more! Several streams with crystal clear waters flow through the property and it was so beautiful. The dining and pool areas are beautifully landscaped with views of the mountains too. Every hour and half hour church bells toll. The hotel has a secure gate that leads to town for dining, shopping and more views. We also had a beautiful room and of course the very helpful front desk staff! Will definitely stay here again for more rest and relaxation. Thank you!

Just such a lovely place to stay within walking distance of the source of the Sorgue with the river running through the gardens. Staff were kind and helpful and the bed was oh so comfy.

This hotel is so unique and beautiful. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The room is clean and beautifully decorated. The next time we come back to France, The beautiful town center is at walking distance. We definitely would like to come back and stay in this hotel again.

Amazing hotel, beautiful location, great breakfast, very comfortable beds

This hotel is next to a natural spring that flows right next to the swimming pool. The property is very nice, and so are the rooms.

The hotel is located on a lovely river so you hear the lovely voice of water all day. Our room was very nice with lovely view of all that quiet scenery. The breakfast was very good but above all I must send my thanks to the staff who was so kind to wait for us as we checked in at 11pm .

This is a wonderful, modern hotel, yet with character. The staff are warm and accomodating. Breakfast is excellent! The location is wonderfully convenient to the Fountain of Vaucluse, with the waters of the Sorgue running right around and under the hotel. Parking is plentiful and convenient, making the location ideal for day trips to other sites in the area. There is a wonderful patio area on the east side, shaded in the afternoon, just perfect to relax and enjoy a bottle of local wine with some fruit, bread, goat cheese or what have you. Or buy a sandwich or pizza from the food truck in the square. TIP: The local stores keep chilled bottles of wine in the back, just ask! We would certainly stay here again!

We love this hotel and have stayed three times. We arrived in a torrential thunderstorm and the owner came out with a huge umbrella to help us keep dry as we got out of the rain. The setting is charming, and it couldn’t be more convenient - two minutes walk to éventer of the village. Excellent breakfast buffet, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. We like room 11, it overlooks the river and pool.

Lovely 3 night stay at the Hotel du Poète. We arrived for a single night, but were so comfortable we stayed an extra two nights. Breakfast was a hassle for us, because we didn't want to spend 17E per person. Free coffee in the lobby would be a nice touch, as well as better towels.
