They were brilliant and the breakfast was amazing

This was one of the best places I have stayed in a long time. The look of the Ribchester Arms, when we arrived, was impressive. We had a very large room and bathroom, both very modern with a 'fridge and juices, milk, drinks and biscuits. The staff were very helpful and looked after us. Breakfast was freshly cooked and pretty good. We ate there a couple of nights and the food was wonderful. A recommended place to stay .

Really accommodating and friendly staff, Rooms are very nicely furnished, Room has a little fridge which is a great bonus , Smart tv ihas loads of channels , even a little balcony room you can use

Was in Room 2 this visit, nice layout , clean and tidy Food in the restaurant, I had the all day carvery , was massive , very good carvery

Stopped in Room 4 this visit, bloody freezing cold, and someone left a door open to the outside balcony, so spent all night with a disturbed sleep, as the door was banging away al night in the wind, and the cold filled the hallway and rooms. Shame as last stay was 5 stars

Friendly welcome, Room 1, nice and well decorated, comfy bed, and a good selection of pillow sizes, shower was a rainfall, with good pressure and coverage. Restaurant and Bar raised area also for eating or drinking , so accommodating to a single traveller, it was lovely. I stay away over 40 weeks a year, and this is my number one for this area . 5 stars from me

Staff and facilities were excellent! Such a warm welcome in a little gem of a place.

Free parking friendly staff nice clean room only thing in room one the gas wall radiator wasn't working needs attention from maintenance as the bathroom was cold. Nice dinner and breakfast enjoyed my stay would come back again.

A great hotel the bed was a bit to soft for us but the staff and the food absolutely fantastic

Clean well presented room with ample supplies of fresh milk tea coffee and biscuits. Good walk in shower with plenty of products. Pillows were a bit lumpy. Not had breakfast yet but we ate last night and was good value and well cooked.

Friendly, highly efficient staff in family run pub / B&B.
