Enjoyed our short stay, all staff were very professional, food was of a high standard would stay again sometime in the future.

We stayed overnight and loved it. The room was really comfortable and had a nice view over the river. The pub serves really good food and the staff are really friendly. It is also dog friendly which was great as we had our pup with us. Will definitely stay here again!

Accommodation was very good except we didn’t like the bath/ shower. Not the room I booked. Restaurant attractive but slow service in the evening and at breakfast.

We went for a family wake. The venue was lovely and the staff were fantastic, really helpful. We stayed in Room 1 overnight ans it was clean and tidy and quirky. The view onto the lake was beautiful. will definitely book again

This hotel was outstanding from the beauty of the building and it's surroundings and the great internal decor and artifacts. With the history maintained while at the same time making it modern and comfortable. Staff were absolutely great, friendly and attentive and made sure our stay was all it could be! There is plenty of parking but I didn't require this. Breakfast was great with a good self service continental selection plus a decent cooked breakfast served to the table. My only note to the hotel for improvement is to change the sausages used, but this could simply be my preference as the current ones used are good. In addition the price for including breakfast on your booking is very reasonable unlike some hotels including the so called budget chains! Staying in Bath...then stay at The Boathouse!

The room was very clean and spacious. Park and Ride into Bath a short walk away as well as river walks and bike trails. Lovely, freshly cooked food. Staff were really friendly and accommodating.

We have just spent wednesday night at the Boat house hotel.The room was lovely, excellent shower & very comfortable bed. The staff where excellent , especially Nathan, who greeted us on arrival. There was some confusion over our booking, and Nathan sorted it out quickly and proffesionally. We had a fabulouse stay, and will defnatly return. We highly recommend.

Lovely stay, friendly and helpful staff , room was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent lots of choices . Parking was easy and so convenient to the park and ride. Will be definitely be coming back.

A trip to visit bath the hotel is situated by the river hut also close to a park and ride which is ideal for visitors

It was so noisy in the evening, there are machines running near the room, I hardly sleep until one in the morning.
