This hotel has been renovated to high standard. I love this hotel. It will definitely be the go-to place for me whenever I’m in Aix.

Nicely refurbished older building with good facilities. Convenient for transport and all main points of interest. Helpful staff. Shame the breakfast is so expensive for what it is - a nice enough buffet but nothing special.

This hotel was absolutely lovely! Our room was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. Nice shower with good water pressure. The jacuzzi and sauna were very relaxing. The concierge Francois was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. He went above and beyond. Five stars!

Comfortable bed in lovely room with a large balcony. Good breakfast served in an exquisite dining room. Very reasonable bar rates - for the area. After a long day's drive, we had hoped to eat in for dinner but the hotel restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings. But this didn't matter in the end because there were plenty of restaurants nearby and we found a beauty.

Staff really obliging and helpful in making sure our requests for parking were met. Room had been upgraded to a suite which helped re. ventilation. Hotel well placed for central sights and transport to the lake. Excellent dinner.

I had to find a hotel quickly near to the Hospital in Aix Les Bains as my husband had an accident. The reviews on Expedia helped me narrow down the options and this hotel seemed to meet my requirements in terms of location and quality. The standard of hotel, the kindness and helpfulness of staff, the restaurant and the lovely shops in the local street all surpassed my expectations. The staff helped out with what arrangements they could. I would love to visit again until different circumstances.

Dont stay at this hotel if you have other options.We chose this hotel because it advertised on site parking & the restaurant had a 3 star rating in the Logis de France guide book & we were looking forward to a nice dinner for our last evening in France.The parking turned out to be in the basement of another hotel for which we were charged a considerable sum & the restaurant was closed.The room was a reasonable size but had no air con & the floor creaked with every step.The bathroom was also spacious but the shower had only one temperature-scalding-so that it was impossible to stand under it.The proprietor of the hotel was extremely rude & offensive.

Bon sejour au sein du grand hôtel du parc. Personnel très a l'écoute et agréable, decoration très joli, spa tres agréable. Un bemol par rapport a la taille de la chambre que nous avons jugé petite.

Cet hôtel est une belle découverte. Le personnel est accueillant, toujours disponible et très accommodant lorsqu'on veut profiter de la piscine et du spa en dehors des horaires dédiées. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Très joli hôtel bien situé. Spa assez petit et agréable. Juste le petit déjeuné est un peu cher mais copieux et pour tous les goûts (sucré, salé)

La chambre qui nous a été attribué sur réservation avec hotels.com était dans la partie ancienne, non-rénovée, sans ascenseur et sans climatisation.... ce qui ne serait pas un problème en soi, mais elle avait une odeur très désagréable. En demandant de changer de chambre on nous a fait clairement savoir qu'il n'y a pas d'autres chambres de cette catégorie, et après de longues discussions nous avons finalement pu changer en payant un supplément de 36€ ... pour 1 chambre climatisée, rénovée... mais bien plus petite. Hotel pas à recommander .... il y en a d'autres bien plus intéressants sur cette ville

Parfait, localisé en plein centre à côté du parc, accueil excellent, propreté impeccable, parking sous sol idéal. Pour un séjour à Aix c'est parfait.

Chambre sans climatisation avec une chaleur limite caniculaire L’hôtesse m’explique que l’hôtel est complet et que l’hôtel a des chambres avec clim et sans clim Il faut bien vérifier lors de la réservation En réservant un hôtel 3 étoiles je n’ai pas pensé qu’il était nécessaire de vérifier si il y avait ma clim J’ai beaucoup voyagé et je n’ai jamais été confronté à me retrouver dans un hôtel 3 étoiles sans clim Je ne comprend pas comment ils ont obtenus leurs 3 étoiles
