Never any staff at reception.

We checked in but decided not to stay and booked alternative accommodation instead. The room itself was tidy; however, the overall property was very different from how it appeared in the listing photographs. The atmosphere and communal areas did not reflect what we expected based on the description and images provided. The advertised restaurant was not operating, the TV in our room had no signal, the Wi-Fi was not working, and there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the corridor outside the room. As I was travelling with my son, who has additional needs, I did not feel comfortable remaining at the property and chose to leave shortly after arrival. I appreciate that others may have a different experience, but I personally felt the accommodation was not accurately represented by the listing and would not have booked had I known its true condition.

Positives are clean, good location and free parking. Negatives are a bit run down and noisy with banging doors.

Radiator not working so room was cold, tap on bath rattling and water spurting out took ages to fill bath. Shared room with a dozen ladybirds..canteen downstairs never open. Unlocked and unsafe left luggage hall.i came fownstairs a few times about radiator in the night and noonf on reception rang number on desk but it wasnt regonised. Reception not manned at all times.. the room was big and lovely and location good.
