Clean room, huge room too which was great with a lovely view.

We enjoyed our single night stay at the Hyatt House Leeds. The hotel was very convenient to Leeds main train station and walkable to the city centre. The room was comfortable and amenities good. The breakfast buffet offer was good but would have been nice for the food to be a little warmer than it was. The onsite guest laundry was a bonus but would suggest signage that advises hotel patrons that washing or drying could be removed if the cycle has finished so other patrons could utilise the facility. Tried using the guest laundry on our level for two hours on the night of the stay but another guest’s washing had completed and been left.

Lovely stay for 2 nights doing the leeds marathon and staff made me very welcome and always there to help with any queries. Encouraged for my run also which was very much appreciated.

Everything was great. Would definitely stay again.

Couldn't fault this hotel. Its a shame we were only there for 1 night and that I've not discovered it earlier. A brilliant stay from start to finish.

great quality breakfast, not obvious where to drop anyone off to gain access to reception

On entering our room we were amazed at how much space we had. But!!!!! We found toilet paper on the floor under the curtains near the bed. Then the bottom of the shower curtains were orange not white. And also finger and handprinfs on tbe side of the wardrobe. As we were only there for one night we didnt raise the issues with reception as it was only somewhere to sleep. Would deffinitely book again.

Our stay was exceptional, we stayed in a studio and didnt disappointed.Close to the city centre and train station.

My husband and I had a great overnight stay at Hyatt House when we were in Leeds for a comedy gig. The hotel is ideally placed for the train station and a short walk to the shops, restaurants etc of Leeds. The room was lovely, comfortable bed (Pillows were too soft for me but that's personal taste), lovely bathroom and a little kitchen area with fridge, Toaster, microwave and coffee machine, ideal for those staying a few days on business etc. The Rooftop bar was stunning and the cocktails were delicious, not cheap but that was expected. Breakfast was good and included in our offer which was very welcome. Overall we had a great stay and will definitely be back.
