Very very noisy - people shouting, laughing, cars revving outside the pub opposite well into the night. In the summer it'll be horrendous. Did ask to move but would have had to upgrade and there was no-one on duty to facilitate that. Also only 3 teabags provided and no supplies available to replenish. Very expensive stay with no breakfast even.

A night stop after attending a concert at the nearby O2 academy. Pin room and front door entry brilliant. Room very good but no instructions on operating air conditioner. Got it going after while.

Our room’s fridge had terrible smell of spoiled food that filled the air when we first checked in. The manager didn’t do anything other than remove the fridge without providing a new one. We didn’t get another room nor a refund. The TV didnt have any channel nor mirroring function. Room and bed were small. For ~$150USD per night this is a very disappointing experience (the 4-star IHG hotel was having the same rate the week we were there)

Doors locked after 9pm which is fine BUT we were told by reception we just needed to use the same code as the one for the room to get in, but my wife and grand children were locked out and had to make several calls before they were able to get in. Opposite a pub which is open until 1am. Some very drunk and loud people. in the street discarded mattress and furniture

Nicely refurbished small hotel, 20 minute walk to the city centre but loads of nice restaurants and pubs nearby too, perfect for short break

Room was clean, amenities were good. Very late check in and problem with our access into property but help and assistance were readily available on the phone.

The room was affordable and much better value for money than any other hotel we have stayed in. It was spot and had all facilities, and eno restaurants within a short walk

The positive was that the rooms looked newly refurbished. Unfortunately, though the cleanliness of the rooms can be improved. ​Upon check-in, the toilet looked like it had not been cleaned. After requesting housekeeping, it still had marks on the seat from previous guests. There was also hair and dust on the floor. Additionally, the shower drain was blocking up when we showered, causing the stall to flood. The room was fine for a night, but wouldn't want to stay longer.

Really convenient for visiting Oxford, only a short walk to centre. Lots of places to eat nearby.
