An excellent, modern well furbished hotel, about 8mins walk from the station and not much further away from the main shopping area

Lovely one night stay. Very comfortable and good location.

Fabulous new hotel and lovely room. Room was warm though with no opening windows and fresh air. AC wouldn’t stay on so may be a teething problem. Room was fabulous apart from that. Hot breakfast items were lukewarm which was disappointing. Plenty of choice.

The room was nice, a couple of biscuits with the tea and coffee would have been good. Also, more milk! Most staff were friendly and helpful. However, in the morning I wanted to buy a cup of coffee - not breakfast. And this seemed to present an enormous challenge! Reception staff said to just go through to the dining area but the first member of staff was flummoxed. Then the second member of staff wondered whether the coffee machine was on (!) A third member of staff took me over to the bar area where there was a coffee machine but then changed his mind and said he'd use the machine in the restaurant area. When I said okay, and that I'd take a seat he said, 'No, come with me.' All this, for a cup of coffee. In a good hotel. So, I said, 'Never mind,' and went across the square, where I bought a good cup of coffee from the Cafe Nero.

Very modern room with everything I could need all stored for easy access. Room was clean and modern. Great location near train station. The problem was that my room was very close to the lifts, and there’s no door separating the lifts from the corridor where my room was. I could hear the “ding” of the lifts clearly in my room when they arrived at my floor. Not too bad for my stay as I don’t think it was busy on my floor, but it would certainly be very annoying to have that noise non-stop on a busy morning. I’d stay here again, but would request a room far away from lifts.

Very clean with very pleasant staff. The hotel is a short walk away from Leeds Railway Station which was very useful for me and my friend.

Lovely modern clean rooms, friendly staff and great breakfast options.

Really helpful staff , great location for all key venues in Leeds including the train station yet tucked away enough to have a good night’s sleep. Great room with fab bed and bathroom facilities. Would have been nice to have bottled water in the room but other than that, it was faultless. Will definitely book this hotel again

Everything was spot on

Nice hotel. Modern and clean. Comfortable room. Close to city and train station. Would stay again. Only issue was being double-charged. I noticed it and staff did refund it but experience could have been a lot better considering that if I had not spotted it, I would have been charged twice.

Staff were excellent, room was immaculate and location was perfect.
