Never made it into the building so no comment on room. No means of entering building, no phone calls answered for help and no parking, as advertised. Total waste of my money for a room I never even used.

I wouldn't recommend this owner and his property to no one, As he scammed us. We booked the lodge the one he showed on the website but when we arrived at the place he told us that property isnt available and he offered us another ridiculous place to stay, when we entered there omg it was dirty, the toielt was blocked and it was big mess. We rang him back and told him, we can't stay her and you scammed us, he replied i dont want to argue, cancel the booking and ask for the refund. We did try to cancel and asked him to refund our money, but he didn't. He stopped answeringy calls. Still i havn't received my refund yet it was £238 which they charged me on the day of booking. Please be very carful with this person. Do not book with him. He can put you on spot. This was terrible for us had to book another property on the spot and this guy dint even bothered nothing.

Didn’t stay at this property as the owner didn’t send any information to get in, emailed and tried calling several times.. Had to book another hotel at the last minute.

Struggled to get into the property but once in there was stains up the walls on the floor and the bedding was also stained and dirty messaged host on Expedia got no reply rand them it just rang off also sent a txt message and got blanked there too

the hotel is a cononce you have found the hotel that is a small sign and a door you are refused check in. you are sent a message via Hotels saying you have to send your email adress by text to a number that is set to not recive text and if you do not send your email adress to this number you do not get the check in information. I tryed veriouse other things to get the check in information but after 2 hours of trying with the hospitatly of the pub opsitite and driving into the town center I gave up at 21:15 as the phone number I was given was still refusing to recive texts and other people had told me of the difficultys other people had had. I booked in to the local travel lodge at a cost of £77 and that was lowered because of another decent person I met that night but they had more stories of people that could not check into this hotel what more can I say than the hotel owner is a con merchiant.
