Don't let the tired facade put you off, the room was clean and in good condition. Air conditioning was cold and the shower was hot and good pressure. The bed was comfy and the location is perfect, right next to the train station. Don't judge a book by it's cover!

A nice place easy to drive to on the way into Charleville-Menzieres and within walking distance of Place Ducale. Friendly receptionist and a nice good value room.

Fine if you just need a place to crash, and leave early. After like 06:30 the staff and other guests makes it impossible to sleep, as there's zero sound isolation. Friendly staff!

Perfect place to stay over one night due to business trip.

We arrived very late. The hotel was locked - the 24 hour check is is a lock box on the outside for which you need a code. We didn't have a code so we called the number and someone came to admit us. The hotel was clean an wifi worked. The beds were not great. There is parking on the streets that is free until 9 am but then you will have to feed the meter. Overall, an adequate stay.

We were made very welcome with Luber really going the extra mile to assist with our motorbike parking - including a bucket of water to wash them down! The room was well tended and bedding changed during our 3 night stay. Breakfast needs to be pre-booked the evening before. Not a problem but just need to remember!

Hotel was easy to find with cheap parking immediately outside (free from evening to 9am). Room was amazing value and kids loved their bunks in a separate area. Downside is it's right on the main road, so noisy....but you wouldn't stay more than a night anyway. Breakfast is around 6E extra but couldn't face another carb loaded offering. All in all a very good value, stopover budget hotel.

Séjour convenable et confortable pour ce weekend. Petit déjeuners agréables et copieux. Personnel très avenant.

Je tiens tout particulièrement à remercier le personnel, qui a été à notre écoute, nous a accueilli dès quinze heure et nous a permis de laisser bagages et vélos jusqu'à l'heure de notre train.

Accueil chaleureux quand nous avons eu quelqu’un. Quand nous sommes arrivés, attente de 18mn pour avoir quelqu’un pour nous donner nos clés. Énorme bruit à 4h30 du matin dans les couloirs. Hôtesses d’accueil totalement charmantes et petits déjeuners succulents

Det var et super fint stop vi havde på vej til Disneyland. Sengene var gode at sove i. Vi havde vores egne dyner og puder med, så dem på værelset fik vi ikke prøvet. Vores datter syntes hun kunne lugte noget ulækkert fra badeværelset (der minder om lugt af bræk), men det var ikke en lugt jeg selv var generet af (heller ikke min mand). Hyggeligt værelse med køjeseng til børnene og dobbeltseng til de voksne. Aircondition fungerede fint og badefaciliteter var også helt i orden.

I searched in the booking for a hotel wih parking and electric charging. This hotel had neither. But there was charging a street away in 2 directions. The staff did not really speak much English but it was compensated by an overdose of friendliness. The room was ok. I was in the attic so no window to look through. The toilet felt a bit cramped. But everything was clean. The shower was great. And the bed was very hard but I slept really well truth be told. The breakfast was plain but nothing to complain about. I was happy with what I got: a chocolat bun, a croissant and half a baguette. This with coffee and orange jus and a small dessert.

Mon sejour a été parfait à tous les niveaux. Le matin Liziz a été d'un très grand professionnalisme et très chaleureuse avec les clients. je reviendrais. Michel Bonnet
