Lovely hotel. Caroline on the front desk was friendly, helpful and professional. Suitable parking for motorbikes. Easy to walk into the centre of town in15 mins. Breakfast was nice and plentiful. Didn't take dinner but menu looked good and reasonably priced. Nice well stocked bar. Some nice touches including water in reception and fridge in rooms. Will definitely stay here again if travelling this way.

outstanding hotel with wonderful staff.Situated very conveniently with plenty parking.

Overall the hotel provides very good value for the money. Rooms are small by American standards but serve the needs of the average traveler very well. Breakfast buffet is more than adequate.

Nice staff. Great recommendation on dinner within 5 minutes walking distance. Close walk to Arbois center.

Extraordinarily helpful staff. Outstanding breakfast for a three star, but in a two star. Great room. I you have a car, stay here! The associated restaurant about a half mile away is excellent!

Accueil chaleureux. Chambre propre et bien équipée. Je mets 4 étoiles car le matelas était enfoncé au niveau du dos (chambre 301 côté porte).

Gerant de l'hotel super désagréable. L'hôtel est marque comme ouvert jusqu'à 22h30, et à 21h00 tout est déjà fermé, et ce monsieur se permet de faire des réflexions du style que je n'avais qu'a pas passer par hotel.com!!!! A fuir... Des gens comme ça ne devraient pas travailler dans le commerce.

Un bruit de fond permanent dans la chambre, un bruit sourd. J’ai arrêté la climatisation, j’ai débranché le réfrigérateur, aucun résultat ! Difficile de s’endormir dans pareille situation… Et bien sûr j’étais le premier client qui faisait cette remarque…
