We enjoyed a room facing the garden. Sacrificed lake view, but well worth it!

We loved our stay, Natalie made everything very welcoming. She and the staff still served us an amazing dinner even though it was at closing time. She was always there with a smile. The room was a nice clean room, it had good internet access, great balcony looking out over the lake. If we ever make it back this way we will stay here again. Scott & Mae

We arrived and where unsure of the excact location! The GPS showed behind the property! But on closer look we found the Restaurant Lobby to be the check in point! I do not speak French and I was very thankful that the Lady and the Gentleman of the house where able to communicate and bring us to our Room! The Room was clean and the bed was comfortable! The ambiance of the lake in front of the property was superb! We would stay there again 👍

Rooms not air-conditioned. Luckily it was not too hot as autumn was getting closer. No coffee and tea making facilities in the room.

We were staying here visiting family. The woman who checked us in wasn't very welcoming.we paid a 100€ a night to have a superior room with lake view. The room was clean and comfortable but towels were grey and worn. There were no tea making facilities and the restaurant wasn't open to buy a coffee if no one hadn't booked breakfast. Breakfast for a croissant and bread was 12€ which was expensive.you could have a three course meal for 19€ in the restaurant in the evening,so the breakfast was not good value. Luckily we were visiting family as there wasn't any information in English and you weren't allowed drinks or food in the room! The road can be very noisy.

Small language issue which caused a mix up of rooms. No big problem, we just switched.

To stay here you need earplugs. My room was facing the main road. Beautiful looking at the lake,but traffic was very loud. I would reconmend the back rooms.

located across the street from lac leman and 5 mins from Evian les bains this hotel was great. our room was recently updated and had a nice balcony facing the lake. the only thing missing was A/C which is probably never an issue but this week was unusually hot

Hotel clean and tidy. Rooms are good. Location excellent. Balcony, lake view room recommended. Close to Swiss border, easy to cross frontier. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room price not too bad considering the location.

Le lieu n'est pas luxueux, mériterait certainement un rafraichissement, mais: c'est très propre, tout le personnel est super serviable, souriant, gentil, et pro. Et le lac est juste devant. Alors la déco un peu antidatée, après 2 minutes, on s'en moque. Très bonne adresse!!!

Udemærket hotel, god beliggenhed, venlig service. Morgenmaden i orden. Der er urolig dårligt wifi og mobilnet forbindelse. Der er overplastret til med opklæbede formaninger og beskeder til gæster i elevator og andre steder. Det er ikke pænt.

Très jolie vue dans cet hôtel dont l'accueil à été des plus correct. Bon souvenir à récidiver !

This hotel is on its knees. The poor quality drab furnishings were cheap when they were new in the ‘60’s. The bedroom furniture was of the lowest quality and not even the curtains worked properly. I should have realised that at about €100 it might be ‘cheap ’ looking, but the description gone by the Web Site persuaded me to try it. Big error. I will not trust your descriptions ever again. This was the worst hotel I have ever had to stay in, and that includes staying in many countries including Nigeria!

Bien emplacement mais pas des draps sur un des lits et brodé bruit de la route à cause de traffic.

Très bon séjour.chambre face au lac, très belle vue malgré le bruit de la circulation quotidienne. Très bien reçu. Belle salle de bain mais sans Vmc.
