Location was great but the apartment was very worn. There were stains on the sofas and rugs, the beds were not very comfortable, and the bathroom could stand a makeover. For the price I expected a better kept apartment.

We were very pleased with the service from before our arrival; all our questions were answered, the check-in process was quick, the apartment was spacious and comfortable, very well equipped, and close to several markets, restaurants, and shopping centers. Located near everything in London, next to the subway station. During our stay, the staff were always available and responsive when we needed them.

Place was big and nice, but in the contract it did not stand that we have to pay cleaning. 70 £ was paid when we arrive, deposit was ok. Would like to get such things inform. Dishwasher was not clean. But all over, the palce and location was fantastic.
