The room was cute and nice. It was clean and comfortable. The attached restaurant had excellent food and great service.

Handy car park. Lovely staff. Great food . Room comfy, thankful of fan. Room had usual tea, coffee plus water and biscuits. I’d go here again as very handy for the Sabrina boat trip and walk into town.

Our room was clean and comfy The staff could not do enough for you they were all very friendly and happy, we ate at the yak and yeti three nights in a row as the food was absolutely delicious the flavours were out of this world there was alot of choice on the menu too, they had a really nice sun terrace to enjoy a drink, food or just to chill, they had a car park for the duration of your stay Breakfast was a full english which i can honestly say kept you full until your evening meal , we did not get a chance to say goodbye to the staff but wanted to say thank you to each and everyone of them for making our stay just perfect

Just back from a 3 night stay. Everything was 5* staff food beer garden and sun terrace perfect for a few beers in the sun. Room was big and spacious.Will definitely stay here again it was in walking distance to every thing.And the staff are amazing

Me and my Friends just got back from here . The place was lovely and the Rooms really nice . Glad we had a fan in our room because otherwise it would be unbearable to stay in . The staff were lovely and very welcoming. Always asked if we wanted anything like drinks etc . Went above and beyond. The food was excellent and delicious. Got plenty of it . 💯 perfect

Best bed I have ever had in a hotel. Plenty of tea, coffee etc in the room. High quality bed linen and towels and a fabulous Asian fusion restaurant

Room was basic, but clean & functional. Parking onsite excellent as were staff. The bar & beer garden were also excellent.

Parking was simple to organise. Staff were brilliant and couldn’t do enough for us. Highly recommend.

Well worth the short walk from the train station, Yak &Yeti has quiet, comfortable rooms above a friendly restaurant. I didn't eat dinner there, but the food smelled delicious (and they do have vegan options.) My vegan breakfast was amazing, with crisp vegetables accompanying the hash browns, sausages and mushrooms. A large cup of good coffee and a full glass of orange juice made it well worth the £10.99. I will definitely return. The team running the place were lovely, with a real family vibe

Staff were delightful and keen to help. 2 night stay and would have given a much better rating if shower on first morning wasn't cold. Expected problem to be solved after informing staff but tepid shower only just usable next day. Four coat hooks and no wardrobe. Plus points staff, food, car parking, comfortable bed with lovely linen, quiet room and excellent WiFi. Easy stroll to river and town centre It is a low cost hotel so one has to accept compromise however hot water problem not acceptable. Shame really

Room was nice and for a quick stay it’s a great spot. Heat was off so was a bit cold in the room but the blanket provided was warm

Great bar selection, lovely beer garden, easy parking, 10min walk into town. Had an evening meal here great curry good value and friendly staff.
