Overall, we would recommend this hotel, as the stay was pleasant and the location is nice. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The cleanliness could be better. Breakfast portions were quite small and the selection was limited — it would be great to see more variety. It would also help if staff asked about guests’ preferences before preparing breakfast, especially when staying with children, as kids don’t always eat everything. With a few improvements, this could be a really lovely place to stay.

The room was fantastic, spacious with every detail considered. The bed was very comfortable and huge! The bathroom had a separate bath and shower with double sinks. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Definitely worth a visit! I forgot to mention the food, that was delicious too!

Quick and easy check in. Room had been recently renovated and had everything needed and was very clean throughout with soft fluffy towels and fresh smelling linens. Food was great quality both at breakfast and from the main menu later in the day. Make sure you book if you want a table for dinner as it is very popular. All staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Just WOW! What a wonderful find, and it's a must-visit. The staff, food, service, rooms, and wonderful patrons made this a highlight of my trip to Wales. This is a little gem, and you must go out of your way to stay and dine in the restaurant.

The Pub has just been reopened after a major renovation and the rooms are like new. We were in room 1 and it has a lovely big comfy bed and a bathroom that you could have football match in… huge! Big bath and shower 2 sinks etc. nice food, friendly staff etc. All good!!

Fantastic

Having a specific room requirement the hotel give me options and went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable. With the Hotel room only refurbished in October 24, they were well finished and furnished. We ate in the restaurant with the menu offering a good variety of food and we we very happy with the quality of the food. Finally a big thank you to Dela who was a supMagerb host.
