Booked a last minute single room here. It ticked all the boxes - a comfy bed, a good shower, a quiet location and hotel and a great breakfast in the morning. Thank you!

Joyless service at breakfast. No menu. Very basic - nothing fresh - no fruit, yoghurt, tomato, mushrooms… Had to ask for toast and marmalade as none was offered. Disappointing. When we were asked was everything okay we mentioned two lights weren’t working in the room and we had trouble turning off the cold tap - they were defensive and dismissive saying ‘there’s nothing wrong with the tap’!

Comfortable bed, good breakfast, bus stop close, good walk to town, definitely use again.

Very basic check in and check out times were not great we weren’t allowed to check in until 1600 and had to be out of the room by 1000 the next day

Lovely place to stay! We stayed for a night, perfect room for our family of 4 for our quick stopover. Breakfast was included too, which was a lovely selection of cereals and a fry up. Parking was easy. Tea/coffee in the room too. Great stopover we had, thank you.

Nice lady/man who were very helpful. Room was big/clean and fresh . close to ros and sea/also to town centre.

The room was very clean, staff was friendly and off road parking great. But the place could really do with an update, very tired and uninspiring with a good cooked breakfast but being let down by cheap ingredients. Best bit is coffee out of lavazza coffee machine.

I think the bathroom could do with a clean up, around the bottom of the u bath etc, it looks bad but is still clean. Breakfast want one of the best that I have had but it was okay. Staff great, parking not so good, it was full inside the yard parking area and my daughter had her car smashed into while while parked at the side of the hotel.

Was allowed to park before check-in time. Arrived at about 1pm, and was told that my room was ready and can check-in straight away. The lady running the b+b was very friendly and helpful. Only a short walk to the beach and town centre A good price, would recommend

Lovely family run business, very accommodating and welcoming. Location excellent and closeby to friends I was visiting.

Very pleasant stay. Perfect full English breakfast. Parking on premises or at side of the quiet road if full. The hotel is only 2 star as it is a little dated re decor, but it is very clean, warm & comfortable. Loo rolls & clean towels replaced regularly. A well looked after & well run B&B. We were in room 10 and the shower was a bit weak, however we are used to a power shower with high water pressure at home so maybe that’s why we noticed it. We would definitely stay again. The hosts were very welcoming, friendly & helpful.

Lovely clean room. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Good breakfast with plenty of hot food.

We rang ahead to see if we could get an early check -in. The owner was really helpful, and accommodated our request. The room was clean, warm, and the bed comfortable. The owner was attentive and friendly at breakfast. Cereal, and a full breakfast/toast were available. Good value for money. Only slight criticism was, there was an old bike with a flat tyre in the hallway, which could be cleared away.

Room was clean and comfortable but on the chilly side even with the radiator on full, bathroom was freezing. 10am checkout is too early.
