The room was excellent and breakfast was very good.

A fantastic hotel, we stayed 2 nights, the room was spotless the bed was really comfy we had plenty of space and a lovely shower. The choice at breakfast is brilliant and the full English breakfast is delicious. The staff were really helpful and friendly too.

Very quaint, older hotel in Swillington, Leeds. Bed is comfortable, and everything is clean. Breakfast was excellent. I think the only downside is that there aren’t a lot of restaurants within walking distance.

Wonderful. Carol and her family were so lovely. A beautiful place and right near a bus stop/train station to head into Leeds. The room was great with everything we needed and breakfast was amazing, cooked to perfection with our preferences asked for. A great stay and we would absolutely stay again. Thank you

Friendly welcome to an impressive looking place, immaculate and stylish, great beds and slept well. Breakfast was awesome, couldn’t have wanted a better start to the day.

Here for a short business trip and the hotel was great for our needs. Would look to return if we’re in the area in the future.

Attending an event at Temple Newsome & found this place to be an excellent 'base'. Place comfortable & clean. Breakfast nice & fresh & hosts very welcoming. Pleasant canal walk nearby too if wanting to clear your head before your journey home

The hotel was conveniently placed for a function I was attending. I contacted the owner to discuss a slightly earlier check in..no problem at all. On arrival we were greeted and made welcome by the owner. A spacious room with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent. Top quality ingredients and all in all a great experience
