A beautiful old building in its own landscaped grounds. Very quiet wuth good secure parking.

Beautiful surroundings, nice and quiet and excellent staff

A basic room but on the plus side it was excellent value, clean, a great breakfast, friendly service , a quiet oasis but close to Otley Road.

Very easy checkin and out, helpful bag storage, great breakfast, spotlessly clean theoughout. Very convenient accommodation for parents visiting children at the universities. Good public transport links close by. Have stayed several times over the last few years and look forward to returning.

Overall very nice place to stay.Everyone friendly. Place very clean.Beds comfy and room spacious.Breakfast was excellent. Just no kettle in room but drinks available downstairs all the time.Would recommend and will be back.

Room was basic, out of date, furniture damaged, no A/C, and windows wouldn’t stay open. Wont rush back

Peaceful setting even in the centre of Headingly, Leeds. Has a retreat or conference centre feel to it but I loved this aspect. Great value, comfortable room, good breakfast and very freindly staff. I will return whenever on business or for pleasure!

Not quite as expected but plenty of parking and the room is clean. Refreshments available in communal area but nothing in the room, not even hair dryer. Breakfast was fine. Coffee etc from machine.

Overall delightful. A lovely calm, quiet place to stay, yet convenient for shops etc. I enjoyed the religious ambiance.

I had a lovely stay in what felt like a very special and unique building. The staff were very friendly. The room was very basic and maybe needed a little updating. The bed was comfy but the pillows seemed ancient and I had to ask for more. The breakfast was fabulous.

Will book there again.

It is lovely for a quiet place to stay only 2 mile from the centre of Leeds. The cooked breakfast was lovely. In the evening there are many restaurants a short distance away but parking is difficult in Headingly.

The lady on reception was very welcoming. Efficient hand over of key and explanation of how to re-enter the building. Room was clean and bed had good quality bedding/ mattress & pillows. Bathroom adequate (with toiletries) however the shower lacked water pressure, unfortunately. Complimentary beverages near by our room. Well cooked breakfast (I should have asked beforehand if there might be a vegetarian option instead of sausages/bacon). Effective disposal of food waste and other breakfast recycling good to see. Handy for visit to Leeds Beckett University.

Large old building stands behind its own tree-lined grounds and drive. Basic modern facilities, very clean. Helpful staff and a good breakfast. Excellent for the price, good value.

A beautiful building, with quiet, treelined grounds, easy parking and a very peaceful vibe. The rooms are basic, just as advertised, but they are clean and well fitted - my room had a single bed, a wardrobe, desk and television, and the large en suite bathroom had a decent sized shower. Along the corridor was a small kitchenette with complimentary tea and coffee, accessible to all. Breakfast was good, and plentiful, with continental and hot buffet options, and the rooms in the lower area of the building were also equipped for tea and coffee. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, I arrived an hour early and was able to check in straight away. The member of staff also checked if I was going out, asked when I would return and gave me a key fob to access the building out of hours, along with 2 phone numbers to call if I had any problems. As a solo female traveller, I felt completely safe and comfortable at Hinsley Hall, and would absolutely stay here again.

A warm welcome, good value for money and in a great location.
