Room was clean and comfortable with good facilities for the price. Room walls a bit thin as you could hear a lot of what was going on in the next room.

Stayed over for 2 nights for AFD Morecambe , lots of parking outside and a 20 mins walk to main area of the station area. Bus stop outside and £5 in Uber to there also. Good breakfast buffet.

No fruit or fresh tomatoes at breakfast.

The best thing about our 3 night stay was the breakfast service and breakfast . Our room bore little or no resemblance to the photograph of a superior sea view double, on which I had based the selection of accomodation booked. Sun and Monday night was ok BUT Tuesday night, neither myself nor my wife slept until 04.45. doors were banging, floors creaking, dogs barking and people, arguing and/or making mobile phone calls in the corridors. There are only 2 parking spaces at the front of the hotel on the premises, one of which was occupied day and night by the same vehicle during our stay. I was advsed by the reception staff not to use the car park at the rear of the hotel, as there was no cctv. It was a matter of finding a suitable parking space on either side of the busy road outside the hotel.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, warm plates in the plate holder. That must be a first, tea and coffee was also hot. Food selection was good. Would definitely stay for a night again if stopping off on the at further south. Dog 🐕 was made very welcome 🤗 and got a treat. Good central location. 💙🤗🙏xxx

This was just a quick stopover to catch early ferry across to Isle of Man to watch TT races. Staff really friendly and It was great knowing they had a night porter on duty watching out for the motorbikes parked at the front of hotel. Apparently they had a visit from the motorbike thieves that were looking for bikes to pinch and were chased away in the early hours. Would stay here again if doing the same trip as only 15 to 20mins from Heysham ferry terminal. We did hear from a group on the ferry that one of their group had bike stolen from Morecambe that same evening.

Stains all over the walls and carpet ,shower head hasn't been cleaned ,stain on bedding

This would have been a 5 star review had I not bought the breakfast. The staff were all courteous and professional. The rooms were clean and adequately sized for my 2 night stay. View rooms face the water, but also a busy road so some may find the noise unpleasant with the windows open. I opted for a standard room and it faced a quiet area. The breakfast was a typical assortment of hot dishes and cereals, and tasted fine. I must say, though, the coffee was possibly the worst I’ve ever had, and the apple and orange juices tasted like they were from a powder mix. Buy a decent coffee machine and upgrade your juice and I’d happily up my rating to 5 stars.

We had no room service eg change of towels. Also never came in to change the bin. We had to keep asking for things. Carpet syained, walls all marked. Windows bad, couldnt close one. An absolute nightmare.

Great staff very helpful. Beautiful views across the bay. Close to transport, shops and bars.

Staff very helpful but the property needs some investment

I have already told the hotel management where the hotel does not meet the standards I would expect. Comparing my experience of the present hotel with my experience when it was a Shearings. The breakfast was a disgrace, the carpets throughout are badly stained, the paintwork is very tired being dirty and scuffed all over, the outside paved area requires weeding and jet washing, bed very uncomfortable, no bathmat. The only redeeming feature was the welcome by the receptionist on arrival.
