After I paid I then had lot of questions to answer about myself , had I not paid before hand I would have look for another hotel even if it meant using two different hotels for weekend, not told beforehand hotel is via seafront and. Is on double yellow lines and friendly traffic warden told me lots of guest have problems opening the front door using keyless door lock.

Overall the apartment was nice but the sofa bed advertised as double which was completely misleading. We had an 11 year old and 17 year old with us - they just about fitted on the so called double sofa bed. They both complained of a bad nights sleep. Lucky we only booked for two nights!! I think they need to be more honest in their advertising. Apart from that, easy to check in and the apartment wasn't too bad. Way too small for 4 people unless very very small children. Room more suited for 3 people. 2 in the double bed and 1 person on the sofa bed,

Would of been nice to be told about parking issues.. Codes were sent late.. Room ok but needs deep clean... dusty

The communication leading up to the booking was terrible. When we arrived the front door was wide open and the room was not as advertised.
