Beautiful room and excellent breakfasts

Lovely place to stay, although just the one night, i will stay here again. Room was comfortable with nice quality bedding and furnishings.

A little overpriced for what it is. Mostly friendly and helpful staff. Basic attention to details is lacking. Needs some serious maintenance and refurb in bedrooms.

Really lovely stay at the Royal Oak. Staff were lovely. Room was great. We also had dinner in the restaurant which was delicious.

I have stayed here a few times for work and have always had a really nice stay. Rooms are spacious but really cosy with lots of nice finishing touches. The food is excellent and all the staff are super friendly.

This is a beautiful place to stay in a charming village. I have a fabulous room (9) with stunning bathroom. Breakfast was excellent and the staff could not have been nicer. All in all a superb stay. I wish I could give it a six rating

We chose this hotel based on reviews praising the gluten free food and we were not disappointed. The food is excellent and the choice for coeliacs is great. The rooms are huge and very comfortable. Can’t wait to return

This was a lovely property in the countryside. Staff was friendly and property gorgeous. We would definitely recommend and stay again.
