There is no “front desk” just the property manager and they do not answer any calls from you or hotels.com. I had to call them constantly for twenty minutes just to get into the house because they didn’t send any email with information on how to do that. There was no hot water for showers and the bathroom upstairs leaked into the bottom room which my group stayed in. We have been requesting a refund for a second night stay because we left and they won’t answer the phone from anyone. There was a room that smelled like ashtray if that’s your thing. Very unprofessional and also there is a hidden deposit that has to be paid from a third party separate of initial booking.
