Room clean and comfortable, staff very friendly and welcoming, breakfast menu good, parking fine would stay again.

I love this hotel, easy free parking right outside, friendly staff who went over and above, fantastic sea view and tasty fresh breakfast, bar large with great sea view also, if ever in the area again would always stay here

The Hotel is in a good location with lovely views of the sea.It has a cosy homely feel about it and all the staff were helpful and friendly.The cooked breakfast was very good.I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel room we stayed in could do with refurbishment and some items in hall way old picture and junk could do with removing as it’s not a good look Room no 3 above boiler which woke us at 06.15 we did manage to get back to sleep though however went to use shower no hot water ! the hot/cold dial just went around I would suggest this has been broken for some time Room rather cramped and not worth paying extra for a sea view as cars parked and view restricted The plus were excellent breakfast and a warm friendly welcome on arrival unfortunately we didn’t think it was value for money

Property is a little tired I would describe it more as a licensed B @B than a hotel but for what I paid it was ok.

Lovely stay at the Ashcourt Hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location was great, beautiful views of the sea, and a short walk from the esplanade and all the amenities in the town. There is limited free parking outside the hotel and in the street, even though our stay was early in the season spaces were hard to find. The full English breakfast was excellent, however the restaurant was not open in the evening during our stay. Would thoroughly recommend the hotel.

We had no idea what the hotel would be like from their web site, but we were very impressed by the welcome, the excellent room with sea views. Breakfast was very good and the waiting staff were very attentive. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for short break or a holiday.

Excellent room and breakfast. Staff very friendly and courteous. Great place to stay when taking in a show at Exmouth Pavilion Theatre, just five minute walk. Already booked to stay again.

The hotel staff are extremely helpful and friendly . The room was comfortable and warm . The breakfast was beautifully cooked and presented. I would return here again

Clean room. Comfy bed, lovely brekkie, great sea view, warm, friendly staff, lovely quiet location, safe parking. Hotel is a little dated but would stay there again. Could have done with a bedside table!
